Manifest Next Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company operating under the registered Arizona trade name Mark R Cooley, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit markrcooley.com and manifestnextmedia.com (the "Sites").

By using our Sites, you agree to this Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Sites. Our Sites and services are intended for users located in the United States only.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a public speaking or contact inquiry, sign up for our newsletter or book updates, or email us. This may include:

We do not sell the Book or process payments on our Sites; the Book is sold through Amazon, and any information you provide in connection with a Book purchase is collected by Amazon under its own privacy policy, not by us.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

A. ActiveCampaign (CRM & Email Marketing). We use ActiveCampaign as our customer relationship management and marketing automation platform. When you submit a form or subscribe, the information you provide is transferred to ActiveCampaign for processing. We use it to manage email lists and automate communications. ActiveCampaign may use tracking technologies, such as web beacons, to measure email opens and link clicks.

B. Google Analytics (Website Analytics). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with our Sites. It uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymized form, including IP address, which is transmitted to Google. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not run advertising pixels or targeted-advertising trackers on these Sites.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • respond to your public speaking and general inquiries;

  • deliver newsletters, book updates, and marketing communications you have opted into;

  • monitor and analyze website usage to improve the Sites;

  • comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Referrals to Future State Found

Coaching and advisory services featuring Mark R Cooley are offered through Future State Found LLC. If you click to inquire about those services, you will be directed to the Future State Found website, where any information you submit will be handled under Future State Found's own privacy policy. This Privacy Policy does not govern information you submit on the Future State Found website.

6. SMS Marketing and Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you provide express consent for Manifest Next Media LLC (dba Mark R Cooley) to contact you via automated text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Our Sites and services are intended for U.S. users. As a courtesy, and in compliance with applicable law, we honor the following rights for our users, including residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and, where applicable, the European Economic Area (under the GDPR):

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action is required.

All data collected through the Mark R Cooley brand is owned and managed by Manifest Next Media LLC. We implement reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Our Sites are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
