Mark R Cooley
Author, Founder, Coach, Advisor: The tools are no longer the hard part. Execution is.
“The founders who win from here won't be the best funded or the best credentialed. They'll be the ones who can execute, again and again.”
For most of my career, building a company took capital, a team, and years of runway. AI has compressed all three. Work that once needed a department can now be done by a founder with the right tools and a clear plan. That changes who wins. When everyone has access to the same tools, the difference is the person using them: how you decide, how you prioritize, and whether you finish what you start. Execution is a behavior, and behavior can be learned. I wrote The Founder Revolution to show you how.

Mark R Cooley has spent almost thirty years on every side of the execution problem: as a bank vice president, a professor of strategy, a venture-backed CEO, an advisor to dozens of founders, and the executive who led the global IT transformation that helped position Seagen for its $43 billion acquisition by Pfizer.
In February 2024 he was laid off from that senior corporate role and chose to build something of his own. He is the founder of Future State Found, which helps professionals transition out of the workforce and build businesses of their own.
The Founder Revolution and Workbook are his first books. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The Founder Revolution
